Thunderbird Canyons Trail System: 12+ miles Recommended uses: mountain biking, hiking, and trail running Difficulty: beginner 13th Hole Trailhead is just east of Cedar City, UT, near the 13th Hole of Cedar City Golf Course. This trailhead is for mountain biking, hiking, and trail running. The trailhead has a kiosk, bathroom, and paved parking area. Currently there is 12+ mile of trail with more miles of trail to come. The trail had great views of red rocks. 13th Hole Trailhead on Cedar City land. The Thunderbird Canyons Trail System is mixed land status between Cedar City and Bureau of Land Management. Together we work together to manage recreation in the area.

How to Get There

Take exit 62 for UT-130 toward Cedar City/Enoch off the I-15. Turn east onto the UT-130/Main Street and continue for 2.7 miles. Turn left onto W 1045 N and continue for 200 ft. Continue onto E 1170/N Knoll St. for 0.4 miles. At traffic circle, take the 1st exit and trailhead will be on the right hand side of the road.
