From Baker City, OR, go south on Highway 7 for 26 miles to teh Sumpter Valley Highway; Turn right off of Highway 7 onto the Sumpter Valley Highway (State Highway 220) and go 10 miles; The Blue Mountain Summit Snopark is located at the top of the summit on the left.
