Bolivar Dam is approximately 1 mile east of I-77. At I-77, take Exit 93, which is the Bolivar/Zoar - State Route 212 Exit. Take State Route 212 east roughly 1/2 mile and make a left on Tuscarawas County Road 103. Go approximately 100 yards, take a left onto Glenpark Road, approximately a mile down the road is Bolivar Dam and facilities.
