There are several parking areas, two on Wyoming State lands, one on BLM (the Aspens Lot), and two on Forest Service land. During winter, Red Grade Road is not maintained, and the Base Trailhead on State land is the only area available for parking. Fat biking and cross country skiing are allowed on the trails during winter.
