Coast Guard Beach is a quick five minute walk from the property which also offers direct access to several beautiful bike/walking trails! This well-equipped home will make your stay at Cape Cod National Seashore fun and memorable! Peak Season Nightly Rate: $205 Non-Peak Season Nightly Rate: $164 Refundable Security Deposit: $250 (per reservation) There is a mandatory 5-night minimum stay. If any questions please email caco_leasing@nps.gov to inquire. Recreation The Highland Suites offer visitors nearby access to Cape Cod's quiet beaches and tidal flats. Explore beyond the beach and you will find the seashore is so much more. Provincetown historic village is just a short drive away, with book stores, galleries, and restaurants waiting for you. There are miles of walking and biking trails through pine forests, across sandy dunes, and alongside freshwater ponds. You can climb to the top of one of the many lighthouses and experience a piece of maritime history, unique and characteristic of the Cape Cod landscape. For the wildlife lover, there are opportunities to spot over 450 species of amphibians, reptiles, fish, birds, and mammals that make the seashore their home. Facilities This property includes:- 1 large queen-size bed and 1 full size bed. - 2 pillows per bed - 1 top blanket per bed - 1 table top fan (in each bedroom and the living room area) - In-unit washer and dryer.- Microwave- 4-burner electric stove and oven range- Coffeemaker- Toaster- Pots/ pans- Eating utensils- Plates- Cups/glasses - Dish towels / potholders - A propane BBQ grill and 1 tank of propane gas- 1 Flat-screen TV - Full mirror on the back of each bathroom door (useful for tick checks) - Trash and Recycling bins for each unit (located behind the shed).
