Overview Situated on a bluff overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, you will delight in watching the sunrise each morning as you enjoy your breakfast. The Sunrise House is a four-bedroom, one and one-half bathroom home that sleeps ten. You will find yourself minutes away from ocean beaches, ponds, trails, and the charming village of Wellfleet. This spacious, well-equipped home will make your stay at Cape Cod National Seashore memorable. Peak Season Nightly Rate: $970 Non-Peak Season Nightly Rate: $582 Refundable Security Deposit: $350 (per reservation) There is a mandatory 5-night minimum stay for reservations. If any questions please email caco_leasing@nps.gov to inquire. Recreation The Sunrise House is a very short walk to the public beach, with outstanding views of the ocean from the home's deck. If a 1.5-mile hike of medium difficulty to a local kettle pond is for you, then explore the nearby paths to Duck Pond. Explore beyond the beach and you will find the seashore is so much more. There are miles of walking and biking trails through pine forests, across sandy dunes, and alongside freshwater ponds. You can climb to the top of one of the many lighthouses and experience a piece of maritime history that helped our new nation grow and thrive. For the wildlife lover, there are opportunities to spot over 450 species of amphibians, reptiles, fish, birds, and mammals that make the seashore their home. Facilities Wi-Fi Beds include one king, two queens, and four twins. Pillows, quilts, and fans are included. Bedsheets and towels are not provided. Washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave, oven, range, coffeemaker, toaster, dishwasher, pots pans, eating utensils, and plates. Flat-screen television with Blu-Ray Player Large deck, with propane and propane grill and patio furnishings, overlooking the ocean. Four season rental with heat. Pets are not allowed. 245 Pilgrim Road, Wellfleet MA, 02667. From Route 6 turn east on to Lecount Hollow Road. At the end of Lecount Hollow Road, turn left on to Ocean View Drive. After 0.3 miles, turn right on to Pilgrim Road. Follow Pilgrim Road approximately 400 ft, then turn left on to Cliff Road. The house is the first on the left.
