From Leesville, take U.S. Hwy 171 south 7 miles to LA Hwy 10, turn left and proceed 18 miles to Hwy 399. Turn left on Hwy 399 and proceed 2 miles to Forest Road 440, turn left and proceed 1 mile to Forest Road 442 and the Enduro Trailhead Camp.
